A technology firm that sells revenue
Not an agency, not a staffing firm, not a CRM vendor. Two partners who take one signed scope, build the thing that produces the number, and hand it back documented.
Marketing side
—Name to confirm
Positioning, demand, and the material a salesperson actually uses
Owns the half of the work order that decides what you say, to whom, and through which two channels. Writes the positioning once so the site, the deck and the first call all say the same thing.
Technical side
—Name to confirm
The CRM, the integrations, and the reporting under both
Owns the plumbing. Configures the pipeline to your process, wires the site and inbox into the same record, and writes the documentation while it is being built rather than after.
How we work
Everything is scoped before it starts and dated while it runs. If a line on the work order stops making sense halfway through, we change the line rather than quietly deliver something else.
We do not bill for impressions, sentiment, or brand lift. The number we report against is the one that shows up in your bank.
We keep a small book on purpose. Two partners can only countersign so many orders at once, and a scope nobody senior is reading is a scope that slips.
